Apply Magnesium Oil With a Bath

Tub Soak

  • Add about 2 oz Magnesium Oil to your daily bath and soak for at least 20 minutes.
  • Let dry and do not rinse it off.
  • After bathing or showering, apply to your skin (anywhere), then let dry. dilute with pure water if desired.
  • If you feel the need, you may rinse it off in the shower or bath.
  • Your body will absorb the magnesium it needs.
  • Bathtub soaking - done 6 days a week for 3-4 weeks will raise the Magnesium levels in the cells 
  • For general maintenance add 2-4 ounces of Magnesium Oil to a hot bath and soak 20-30 minutes. If your tub is too small to be totally submerged, soak in shifts ~ ROLL OVER!
